Why dig Trenches when there are better solutions
Subsurface pipeline networks are required to perform a specific set of duties. Generally these duties are categorised under four major groups, structural, hydraulic, environmental, & operational. Failure of a buried pipeline network means its underperformance against any one or more of these duty conditions. Through trenchless renewal, such performance levels of subsurface pipelines networks are regained. These rehabilitation processes can be executed through different trenchless methods capable of overcoming the prevailing physical conditions of the subject pipeline networks. Unsuitable techniques that are incapable to meet the project requirements, would result into a failed rehabilitation project & need to be avoided. These guidelines are aimed at providing inputs for evaluating the site conditions and selecting specific techniques or a combination thereof, suiting the project requirements.
